Starlite Hotel, Miami Beach

The hotel's rooms, though small, were good and clean. Despite facing a busy alley with constant car traffic, it was surprisingly quiet inside, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The room was compact but well-equipped, with a powerful AC unit, although the restroom lacked proper ventilation. The service was friendly and helpful, despite some early morning disturbance. The location, right in the heart of the art deco area and across from the beach, was convenient and enjoyable. The dining experience offered good value with generous portions for a reasonable price.

The hotel's location next to Wet Willies on Ocean Dr with the beach just across the street makes it a prime spot to stay. The rooms were grubby and dirty, not very comfortable and not worth the high price. The service was a mix of friendliness at the front desk and unattentiveness, with early morning cleaning noise disrupting the peace. The only positive was the superb location.
